Femi Balogun is the Principal partner of F & B Attorneys and the Chairman/Trustee of Ideal Africa Foundation. Femi is a savvy Legal Practitioner, Arbitrator, Human Rights advocate and an international law advocate. He was called to the largest bar in Africa (The Nigerian Bar) over a decade ago and started his professional career in one of the top tier law firm in Nigeria where he was exposed to litigation and commercial practice. Femi bagged a Master of law in International Law and Diplomacy and he is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration (UK), as well, a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management. He is currently undergoing a doctorate degree in law.  

Femi has successfully secured arbitration award of two hundred and fifty million dollars ($250, 000,000.00) and has represented clients in contentious electoral matters and other highly contentious matters. As a way of giving back to the society, he provides probono legal services to indigent inmates and has handled over Forty probono cases from the lowest court up to the Supreme Court, most of which he has secured acquittal for inmates who had been wrongly accused.

He is a committee member of the Human Right Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association where he advocates for the rights of the Nigerian citizens. He is a committee member of the Energy and power sector of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration (UK) where he provides advisory to Government institutions in the Energy and Power Sector in Nigeria.
